Ricardo mentors, trains, and manages multiple engagement teams in performance of assurance and non-assurance services to domestic and foreign entities. He has led engagements with complex recognition differences between US GAAP and IFRS accounting frameworks. He successfully implemented business process improvement strategies to formalize department structure and promote rapid growth. Ricardo works with a network of CPAs to facilitate an efficient workflow and grow his practice.

Before founding Saavedra CPA in 2020, Ricardo worked as a Senior Manager in a local firm, focusing on audit engagements, attestation services, new business development, tax, and team management.
